A) No, you can pay via debit card, credit card and by bank transfer, cheque – goods will be released on cleared funds.
Q) Is it possible to use separate billing and delivery addresses?
A) Yes, just provide us with both addresses clearly noted delivery/billing.
Q) Can I collect my order from your premises?
A) Yes by mutually agreed time and date from our warehouse in Nottingham.
Q) What if I want my order delivered?
A) We can arrange this, we use a nationwide carrier, all goods are generally palletised and are usually delivered in five working days unless otherwise requested or advised by ourselves. You need to contact us with relevant delivery details and we shall provide separate costs for this service.
Q) Are the web site costs indicated inclusive of VAT and delivery?
A) No, they are subject to VAT at the current rate and delivery costs as per the terms and conditions delivery section.
Q) I have a shop fitting plan layout and drawing details of my shop, can I send it to you to cost?
A) Yes, just send to us all the information you have and we will provide a quote for you.
Q) Can you install my shelving order?
A) Yes, we are happy to quote you for this service, please see additional terms and conditions on our quote.
Q) I have a large retail outlet and I need it designed, can you do this for me?
A ) Yes, just contact us by email or telephone and we can discuss this and how to take it further.
Q) What other products/service do you offer?
A) We have our own in-house joinery, engineering, spray shop facilities so we are able to offer purpose made items for your retail outlet/s.

A) Yes, it has a 50mm slot pitch and every component is interchangeable with that of a major German manufacturer that have a number of service centres across the UK.
